Safety Center
Thunder Video Chat is built for private one-on-one conversations with real girls — and for keeping you in control. Here is how to chat more safely and what to do if something is not right.
Your Safety Tools
Every match on Thunder is a private 1-on-1 room. You decide who you talk to and for how long, and moderation and reporting run in the background.
- Skip to a new match whenever you want
- End any private video call instantly
- Report or block anyone who breaks the rules
Safety Tips
Keep personal details private
Do not share your full name, address, financial details, or passwords in a chat. Real conversations never require that information.
Stay in control of every call
You can end a private video call or skip to a new match at any time. If a conversation feels wrong, you never have to continue it.
Be careful with money requests
Never send money, gift cards, or crypto to someone you met in a chat. Treat any urgent payment request as a red flag and report it.
Report and block bad behavior
Use the report tools to flag harassment, nudity or sexual content, scams, or threats. Reports help us keep the community safer for everyone.
Age Requirement
Thunder Video Chat is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. The service is not available to anyone under 18, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed. If you believe a minor is using the service, please report it.
Report a Problem
If you see harassment, a scam, non-consensual content, or anything that puts someone at risk, tell us so the right team can act.
- Report Abuse — harassment, scams, threats and unsafe behavior
- Content Removal — copyright, privacy and non-consensual content
- Community Guidelines — the rules everyone agrees to follow
