Thunder Video Chat takes safety seriously. If someone breaks our rules or makes you feel unsafe, please report them so our team can act.
For copyright, privacy or non-consensual content, use the Content Removal page instead.
What You Can Report
If someone breaks our community guidelines or makes you feel unsafe, report them. Examples include:
- Harassment, threats or hate speech
- Nudity or sexual content
- Sexual content involving minors (also reported to authorities)
- Scams, fraud or requests for money
- Non-consensual recording or sharing of a chat
- Impersonation or fake accounts
How to Report
Email us at [email protected] with the details below.
Whenever possible, report during or right after the chat so the details are fresh and easier for us to match to the session.
What to Include
The more detail you can share, the faster we can investigate.
- Approximate date and time of the chat
- A username or any identifying detail, if you have it
- What happened, in your own words
- Screenshots or evidence, only if you already have them
What Happens Next
Our safety team reviews reports and takes action based on our community guidelines, which can include warnings, content removal, suspension or a permanent ban. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement. We may not be able to share the outcome of an individual report for privacy reasons.
In an Emergency
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Reporting to us is not a substitute for emergency help.
You will never get in trouble for reporting in good faith. When in doubt, report it — we would rather review a report than miss a real problem.
